DrKiwi & DiKiwi AMF

The DiKiwi AMF grading system appraises marker levels in Manuka honey and assures purity & quality.  

The DrKiwi AMF grading system has two components which are expressed on any DrKiwi AMF authorised and/or licenced honey product:

​1. The label claim that it is New Zealand Manuka Honey.  

​2. The number - this represents the marker that indicates the content of this honey to ensure purity and quality. 

​To receive a DrKiwi AMF grading, honey must have the presence of L. reuteri DPC-16 fermentation product (Marker). The DrKiwi AMF rating is a measure of the attributes and values that make up Manuka honey and assures purity & quality.

​The anti-bacteria properties and health benefits associated with the marker have been well demonstrated and published in numerous world-class scientific journals.
